The foods provided below are the leanest protein and lowest impact vegetables and salad, affecting blood sugar levels the least. You may mix your choices according to your menu and calorie allowance. Further choices are available in our online Meal Planner, available once you have placed your first order.

Review your favourite recipes, give them a tweak and continue to enjoy them when following our Social Plan. Choose healthy cooking options. If eating in a restaurant you may wish to change your protein choice for the occasion to a lean beef steak or salmon fillet for an easier menu choice. Although not on our list as one of the lowest & leanest protein choice, these foods are often available on a menu and an easier option. Refrain from adding sauces as these may be rich and calorific.

Suggested Protein Allowance per day (approx 150-250kcal per portion):

  • 150g Chicken or turkey (uncooked weight)
  • 200g white fish (e.g. cod, haddock) (uncooked weight)
  • 120g Oily fish (e.g. salmon, mackerel)
  • 150g Tinned Tuna in Spring Water (drained weight)
  • 185g Pre-cooked prawns
  • 225g Reduced Plain Cottage Cheese / 160g Plain Cottage Cheese
  • 2 Medium Eggs
  • 200g Steamed Tofu
  • 150g Quorn e.g. Pieces
  • 60g Beans dried weight including: Soya Beans, Lentils, Chickpeas, Black Eye Beans, Aduki Beans, Pease Pudding, Haricot, Butter?

Add vegetables / salad to accompany your meal (up to 200g approximately 50kcal)

200g approximately 50 calories of Salad / Vegetable Allowance per day. (Include fresh/dried herbs and spices)

Here is an example of the recommended vegetables and salad that have the lowest impact on blood sugar levels.  You have the choice to include one portion daily. You may mix your Vegetables & Salad for variety and greater nutrition. Root vegetables such as turnip, carrots, and parsnips are not recommended. KeeDiet Social Plan (follow for Accelerated Fat Burning)

Our Social Plan offers a little more flexibility but still promotes an excellent fat loss. Alongside 3 Meal Replacement Products enjoy a daily healthy meal and a mild Ketogenic state. You are in control of your evening or lunch meal and can prepare an easy home-cooked meal or choose one of our Nutrisaveur Ketogenic Ready Meals, (purchased from our Online Store). You’ll be amazed how much you can lose with our Social Plan which is a superb choice for a fast weight loss!

A simple 650+ calorie controlled Weight Loss Plan that is less strict than a total food replacement plan but still allows you to drop weight FAST. Calories are controlled and Carbohydrates with a recommended maximum intake of 70g per day.  This will force your body to attack stored fat for its energy supply and with our products being nutritionally complete you can relax and enjoy a guided, simple weight loss plan that achieves your desired results, FAST!

Plan Guidance

As the Social Plan is less than 800 daily calories, this is considered a VLCD Plan (Very Low Calorie Diet). You may follow our Social Plan for a maximum of 12 continuous weeks, after this time it is necessary to take a break. If you have reached your BMI 25 or goal weight, lock in your results and follow our Weight Stabilisation Phase. If you are not quite there yet and wish to drop  little more with your Doctors approval can follow our TFR (Total Food Replacement) Break Week and maybe able to return to your original plan for another cycle or choose one of our higher plans for the remainder of your weight loss.

Throughout your plan ensure you space out your meal packs, water and foods regularly throughout the day to maintain even blood sugar levels. Our products should provide approximately 4 hours of hunger satisfaction due to the high quality of protein we use. We recommend only 1 bar is consumed daily and remember.  We recommend you do not add fruit, refined or un-refined carbohydrates, root vegetables, sugary foods/drinks or alcohol as these may affect your weight loss and the mild Ketosis (fat burning) phase.

Men 17st+ or BMI 40+

For heavier set guys, those above 17st (BMI 40+) or for those with a more manual job, you may be better to follow our Rapid Burn Plus Plan, its exactly the same format as our Rapid Burn Plan, however you will consume an extra product each day (x5 products). Following the Rapid Burn Plus Plan you will receive extra energy & protein - something necessary for heavier set men in particular. Men generally have a higher basal metabolic rate (BMR) then women due to larger muscle mass and therefore expend more energy even whilst resting, and BMI is not always the best indicator for weight loss, but waist to hip measurement ration.  5 daily products (Rapid Burn Plus) may therefore be more prudent for some men and you can then consider reducing to 4 products as your weight drops.

What is a Ketogenic Weight Loss Plan?

Ketosis is a natural process that our body adopts when it receives deficient energy/fuel from foods consumed and after a few days enters Ketosis.
