KeeDiet Rapid Plus Burn (follow for Accelerated Fat Burning)

The KeeDiet® Rapid Burn Plus Plan uses five daily products instead of four, providing extra energy, nutrition and protein and is aimed at taller men and ladies, those with a BMI 40+ or above 17 stone and those with a labour intense job or shift workers.  Generally these people will have a higher basal metabolic rate (BMR) due to their larger muscle mass, size/weight or energy used in their daily life and therefore expend more energy even whilst resting. 

We have designed the simplest 750 -800 calorie controlled Meal Replacement 'Ketogenic' Weight Loss Plan that allows you to drop weight FAST. Carbohydrates are controlled with a recommended maximum intake of 80g per day, which will force your body to attack stored fat for its energy supply.

Take advantage of the opportunity to step away from bad habits, trigger foods and instead create a healthy new lifestyle for yourself.  This plan is perfect if you want quick results and to noticeably drop inches FAST!   Suitable for most people The KeeDiet® Rapid Burn Plan uses five daily products, providing sufficient energy, nutrition and protein for a successful weight loss plan. However, before embarking on your KeeDiet weight loss journey, please ensure you have read our Medical Guidance and have consulted your Doctor for Medical approval.

Plan Guidance

As the Rapid Burn Plus Plan is often less than 800 daily calories, this is considered a VLCD Plan (Very Low Calorie Diet). You may follow a VLCD Plan for a maximum of 12 continuous weeks, after this time it is necessary to take a break. If you have reached a BMI below 40 and with your Doctors approval may follow our TFR (Total Food Replacement) Break Week and then consider another plan or continue with this plan. If you have reached your BMI 25 or goal weight if higher, lock in your results and follow our Weight Stabilisation Phase. If you are not quite there yet and wish to drop a little more you maybe able to return to your original plan for another cycle or choose one of our higher plans for the remainder of your weight loss.  Please discuss this with your Doctor.

Throughout your plan ensure you space out your meal packs, water and foods regularly throughout the day to maintain even blood sugar levels. Our products should provide approximately 4 hours of hunger satisfaction due to the high quality of protein we use. We recommend only 1 bar is consumed daily and remember.  We recommend you do not add fruit, refined or un-refined carbohydrates, root vegetables, sugary foods/drinks or alcohol as these may affect your weight loss and the mild Ketosis (fat burning) phase.

Men 17st+ or BMI 40+

For heavier set guys, those above 17st (BMI 40+) or for those with a more manual job, you may be better to follow our Rapid Burn Plus Plan, its exactly the same format as our Rapid Burn Plan, however you will consume an extra product each day (x5 products). Following the Rapid Burn Plus Plan you will receive extra energy & protein - something necessary for heavier set men in particular. Men generally have a higher basal metabolic rate (BMR) then women due to larger muscle mass and therefore expend more energy even whilst resting, and BMI is not always the best indicator for weight loss, but waist to hip measurement ration.  5 daily products (Rapid Burn Plus) may therefore be more prudent for some men and you can then consider reducing to 4 products as your weight drops.

What is a Ketogenic Weight Loss Plan?
